Medicinal plant extracts: Vinegars

In collaboration with Mc Duff Artisanal Vinaigrerie, here is the collection of vinegars.

Made in Sherbrooke, the vinegar used was fermented slowly in the traditional way, on a bed of beech wood. Neither filtered nor pasteurized, it retains all the probiotic benefits of its rich vinegar mother.

Vinegars are best used with children, pregnant women, animals, alcoholics and people with severe liver disease.

They will also satisfy people who want to avoid alcohol for ethical, religious or personal reasons.
