Collection: Plant extracts: Vinegars

In collaboration with the Mc Duff Artisan Vinegar Factory, here is the collection of vinegars with 8% acetic acid.

The vinegar used was slowly fermented in the traditional way, on a bed of beech wood. Neither filtered nor pasteurized, it thus retains all the probiotic benefits of its rich vinegar mother.

Vinegars are recommended for children, pregnant women, animals, alcoholics and people with severe liver disease.

They may also appeal to people who want to avoid alcohol for ethical, religious or personal reasons.
